Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Amadeus Catering GmbH. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Amadeus Catering GmbH delivers on the basis of the concluded contract and this business agreement.
1.2 Differing customer conditions are only valid for Amadeus Catering GmbH if they have been expressly agreed in writing in individual cases.
2.1 The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the writen offer in writing.
2.2 The General Terms and Conditions apply to the services offered by Amadeus Catering GmbH that the customer has previously ordered from us in writing. With his order confirmation, the customer assures that he has read and accepted the general terms and conditions.
2.3 We reserve the right to make changes, errors and printing errors.
3.1 All orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
3.2 While we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee availability for orders placed less than 24 hours before the required delivery time.
3.3 Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions and weather.
3.4 Delivery is made to the best of our knowledge and belief and in compliance with the relevant legal regulations, to the delivery address specified by the customer on the agreed delivery date.
3.5 We deliver to all airports and private airfields in the Vienna metropolitan area. Delivery to locations outside this area may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
3.6 We will comply with delivery promises regarding delivery times to the best of our ability. However, any time exceeded does not entitle you to withdraw from the order, refuse to accept it or reduce the invoice.
4.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account has been established.
4.3 We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
4.4 For clients with established credit accounts, payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
5.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
5.3 Modifications to orders should be made as early as possible. While we will try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all modifications can be implemented, especially for last-minute requests.
6.1 We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
6.2 Our products are prepared in facilities that comply with CAA (Codex Alimentarius Austriacus) standards.
6.3 We recommend that all food items be consumed within the timeframe indicated on the packaging to ensure optimal quality and safety.
6.4 While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
6.5 Should the goods or services delivered by the caterer have a defect, the customer must report this immediately. If he fails to do this, the goods or services are deemed to have been approved.
7.1 The caterer is enzitled to exchange the dishes listed in the range if they are currently not available and the exchange is reasonable for the customer. Customers will be informed about this in good time.
8.1 Amadeus Catering GmbH's liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.3 Any claims regarding the quality or condition of our products must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
10.1 Amadeus Catering GmbH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
